About the event
Join us for free family yoga to celebrate fall and come see the beautiful new studio space at Zen Heart Center. This class is playful for ages 4-94 where we explore fun family poses, play games and enjoy a cuddly family guided meditation.
Led by Elizabeth Abendroth. She teaches classes and workshops for all ages including Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, Family yoga, Teen yoga and Kids yoga as well as Yoga and Art workshops and camps.
