Sign up to join Zen Heart Center resident herbalists, Doris and Esther, on November 6 for a workshop where we will discuss the herbs that go into both of these magical winter remedies. You will create your own Fire Cider to take home and try some delicious elderberry syrup. Both of these will help you be prepared for this winter's cold and flu season!
