Our February selection is "Braiding Sweetgrass" by Robin Wall Kimmerer. This book explores the intersection of indigenous wisdom and scientific knowledge, offering profound insights into our relationship with nature.
"Roots and Branches" is more than a book club; it's a gathering of kindred spirits on a quest to nurture the soul while staying grounded in our roots and branching out into personal growth and exploration through the magic of reading.
Preparation: To make the most of our time together, we encourage you to read "Braiding Sweetgrass" in advance. Bring your thoughts, questions, and reflections to share with the group. (*Hey! If you find you ran out of time and were unable to finish the book, you are still welcome to join us!)
