Join us to celebrate Spooky season with a special Halloween Sound Bath! Feel free to dress in your comfiest onesie or any other cozy holiday attire that will keep you feeling warm and snug!
Sound baths are a gentle, replenishing experience that help bring your mind & body into a deep state of relaxation through sound & vibration. We will start off on our mats with mindful breathing & body awareness practice to center the body & mind before sinking into a guided savasana that readies you for the activation of several different soothing, sacred instruments.
By accessing these deep states of relaxation via vibration & sound we allow the body to drop down into the Alpha and Theta, and often times, Delta brainwave frequencies, moving out of “fight or flight” & into “rest & digest”. These frequencies return us to our parasympathetic nervous system, the state where…
