Sound baths are a gentle, replenishing experience that help bring your mind and body into a deep state of relaxation through sound and vibration.

We will begin on our mats with mindful breathing and a body awareness practice. As you sink into a guided savasana, you will be bathed in the soothing frequencies of sacred instruments, harmonizing your body and spirit with the powerful and restorative energies associated with the onset of summer.
