We're pleased to announce that Shabina Premji from Om and peace Ayurveda is offering this introductory class as part of her Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist internship. She designed this event with a simple and heartfelt goal: to share the knowledge of Ayurveda with her community and to inspire others to weave its wisdom into their daily lives.
Shabina believes that Ayurvedic practice is beneficial for all humans—it supports a healthy life, encourages harmony and balance within the body, and increases the possibility for self-healing.
During this event, we will take a deep dive into the foundational principles of Ayurvedic philosophy, beginning with an exploration of the causes of disease and how imbalance develops within the mind-body system.
