Celebrate the abundant spirit of Lammas/Lughnasadh at Zen Heart Center by creating your own beautiful Abundance Wreath! This hands-on art circle is designed to connect you with the seasonal rhythms of nature and the  bountiful energy of the first harvest.

What you will experience

Introduction to Lammas/Lughnasadh:  We’ll begin with a brief exploration of the history and spiritual significance of this ancient festival. Learn about its themes of gratitude, abundance, and the cycles of growth, as well as its connection to the earth's fertility and the balance of giving and receiving.

Intention Setting:

Participate in a guided meditation to set personal and spiritual intentions for the season. Reflect on the blessings you wish to harvest in your life and the seeds of intention you want to plant for future growth.

Creative Crafting:  Using  provided materials such as dried flowers, pinecones, and colorful  leather & felt, you will create a unique and meaningful Harvest Wreath. Zen Heart co-creator and spiritual art enthusiast Debbie Carlson-Gould will guide you through each step, from designing your wreath base to adding symbolic decorations that resonate with the themes of abundance, protection, and gratitude.

Personal Touches:  Infuse your wreath with personal and spiritual significance by incorporating your intentions and blessings into the design. Optional elements like ribbons, crystals, and charms will be available to enhance your creation, each chosen for their symbolic meanings. Feel free to bring your own items to add your personal magic.

Blessing Ritual:  Conclude the art circle with a simple but powerful blessing ritual to imbue your wreath with the energy and gratitude of the harvest season. This ritual will honor the earth’s gifts and invoke blessings for continued growth and prosperity.
