We invite you to join us for a special Mid-Winter Sound Bath at Zen Heart Center as we honor the halfway point of winter, the transformative energy of the January New Moon, and the Lunar New Year.
In 2025, we welcome the Year of the Wood Snake—a time for shedding old layers, embracing renewal, and tuning into the subtle rhythms of nature. Let’s celebrate this shift with an evening of soothing sounds and deep relaxation.

Co-Creator and certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner Kelly George will guide you through a gentle, replenishing Sound Bath designed to calm your mind, center your body, and awaken your spirit. We’ll begin on our mats with mindful breathing and body-awareness practices, preparing us for a guided savasana. From there, Kelly will activate a variety of soothing instruments, helping you drift into a serene, restorative state.
