Join us under the nurturing influence of the New Moon in Virgo for an evening of reflection, connection, and self-love. This sacred gathering  is dedicated to finding harmony between the pursuit of perfection and the acceptance of our beautifully imperfect selves.

Balancing Perfectionism: 

Virgo's energy encourages us to strive for excellence, but it can also lead to self-criticism and unattainable standards. In this circle, we will explore how to balance the desire for improvement with the need for self-compassion. Together, we’ll learn to embrace progress rather than perfection, letting go of the pressures that weigh us down.

Accepting Imperfections: 

This New Moon invites us to celebrate our unique, authentic selves, imperfections and all. Through guided meditation and heartfelt sharing, we will cultivate an inner environment of acceptance, recognizing that our flaws are part of what makes us whole and worthy of love.

Creating a Sacred Space: 

We will begin by cleansing our space with sacred smoke, releasing any negative energies. Each sister will contribute a meaningful item to our communal altar, symbolizing our collective and individual intentions for growth, balance, and  self-acceptance.

Guided Meditation: 

Under the gentle guidance of the New Moon, we will journey inward to release self-judgment and embrace self-love. This meditation will help us reconnect with our inner light, illuminating the  path to balance and acceptance.

Dream Seed Planting Ritual: 

As we close our circle, we will partake in a Dream Seed Planting Ritual. Each sister will plant a symbolic seed, representing the dreams and intentions we wish to nurture in the coming lunar cycle. By planting these seeds with love and intention, we align ourselves with the energies of growth and renewal. As we set our intentions for the coming lunar cycle, we will anchor in the energies of self-compassion and acceptance, empowering ourselves to live more fully and freely.

This sacred circle is lovingly facilitated by Debbie Carlson-Gould, a seasoned spiritual mentor, coach, and guide, and Co-Creator of Zen Heart Center. With compassion, wisdom, and a deep understanding of the human spirit, Debbie creates a safe and nurturing space for others to embark on their own journeys of self-discovery, healing, and  growth.
