About the event
"Braiding Sweetgrass" by Robin Wall Kimmerer returns in March!
We we're unable to feel complete in our discussion last month because this book is dense with captivating stories, timeless wisdom, and an urgent plea for right relationship with nature.
*****If you love this book and you weren't able to attend in February, please join us to continue the discussion!
"Roots and Branches" is more than a book club; it's a gathering of kindred spirits on a quest to nurture the soul while staying grounded in our roots and branching out into personal growth and exploration through the magic of reading.
Preparation: To make the most of our time together, we encourage you to read "Braiding Sweetgrass" in advance. Bring your thoughts, questions, and reflections to share with the group. (*Hey! If you find you ran out of time and were unable to finish the book, you are still welcome to join us!)
- Donation-Based: Our gathering is guided by the principle of abundance and inclusivity, making soul care accessible to all.
- Wine or Tea: Sip on a glass of wine (BYOB) or a cup of our tea as we engage in heartfelt discussions.
- Invite a Friend: Feel free to bring a friend along on this soul-enriching adventure.
DONATION BASED GATHERING: Our book club is guided by the principle of abundance and inclusivity. It's donation-based, allowing everyone to participate, regardless of financial means. Your generosity sustains the growth of our community. Please consider a heartwarming donation. There are two options for making your donation. Add a Tip when you REGISTER through the link (registration is free), or bring cash on the day of the meeting.
RSVP and More Info: It's free, but you MUST REGISTER using the RSVP button. Your presence, whether you are returning or a first-timer, adds a unique thread to the tapestry of our discussions.
Let's continue nurturing our souls, connecting with our roots, and branching out into new realms of understanding. We look forward to another soul-enriching gathering with each of you.
