Halloween Sound Bath: A Night of Sound and Soul
Join Zen Heart Center Co-Creator and certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner Kelly George for a Halloween sound bath like no other! This special session will blend the grounding, rejuvenating power of sound with the magic and mystery of All Hallows' Eve.
As the veil between worlds is said to thin, we will begin with mindful breathing and body awareness to center our bodies and minds, preparing us for a guided savasana. Sink deep into relaxation as the vibrations of crystal bowls and other soothing instruments transport you to a space of inner calm, beyond the ordinary.
