Spring Equinox Sound Bath

Join Zen Heart Center Co-Creator and certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner Kelly George for this grounding and rejuvenating experience  honoring the Spring Equinox. 

Sound  baths are a gentle, replenishing experience that help bring your mind & body into a deep state of relaxation through sound &  vibration. We will start off on our mats with mindful breathing & body awareness practice to center the body & mind, before sinking  into a guided savasana that readies you for the activation of several different soothing instruments.

By accessing these deep states of relaxation via vibration & sound we  allow the body to drop down into the Alpha and Theta brainwave frequencies, moving out of “fight or flight” & into “rest &  digest”. These frequencies return us to our parasympathetic nervous system, the state where all healing occurs. This is why the experience will not only leave you feeling centered & grounded but also rejuvenated & replenished.
