Salts + Sound: An evening of creation & relaxation to celebrate Mothers

Join Zen Heart Center co-creator Kelly George for a special Mother's Day celebration filled with relaxation and creativity. Treat yourself and/or a beloved mother in your life to an evening of soul-nourishing  activities, including a rejuvenating sound bath and gift-making experience.

In this workshop, you and/or your loved one will have the opportunity to craft your own personalized bath salts, each with its unique blend of scents and healing properties. You'll start by selecting from a variety of essential oils, flowers, and herbs to create your signature bath salt recipe. With a base of baking soda and a mix of Epsom and Himalayan salts, you'll infuse your salts with your intentions, charging them with positive energies to enhance your self-care routine.

After crafting your bath salts, you'll indulge in a grounding and replenishing sound bath experience. This immersive journey will not only soothe your physical and energetic body but also infuse your freshly created bath salts with cleansing and centering vibrations, making them even more potent tools for self-care.
